background.
User Problems:
Many people find it difficult to find a “safe friend” to talk to when they’re stressed or emotionally burdened.
Not everyone can or wants to see a professional psychologist due to cost, stigma, or limited time.
There is a need for a safe, private, and flexible space to share thoughts, feelings, and experiences anytime.
Curcool’s Solution:
An online platform (web + mobile) that offers 50-minute “talk” sessions with trained Listeners (“Listy”).
Listy are peer listeners who have undergone training and maintain ethical standards.
Strong emphasis on privacy: stories shared by users are kept confidential.
Users can choose their preferred Listy based on profiles to feel more comfortable.
Sessions are affordable, making emotional support more accessible.
