As the UI/UX Designer for the PetCare mobile application, my primary goal was to create a highly intuitive and trustworthy platform for booking pet hotel and grooming services for dogs and cats. I led the end-to-end design process, beginning with user research to understand key pain points related to pet safety and service transparency. The core solution involved developing a visual-heavy, trust-building interface featuring comprehensive facility photo galleries, transparent rating systems, and clear categorization of services (as seen in the design mockups). I structured the Information Architecture to ensure a swift and seamless user flow, simplifying the complex multi-service offerings into distinct, easy-to-navigate sections on the homepage. By designing a streamlined 3-step booking checkout and implementing a clean, pet-friendly design system, the resulting application successfully improved user confidence and optimized the path to conversion.
